The stainless steel body of the Forjars Pressure Canner is covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, abuse, accidental damage, commercial use, improper maintenance, modifications, or damage resulting from failure to follow the operating instructions.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days when inventory is available.
During holidays, promotions, and other high-volume periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. We appreciate your patience as our team works to get every order out as quickly as possible.
Peak Season Shipping
During our busiest seasons, please allow 8–14 business days from the date your order is placed for it to arrive at your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll refund the purchase price minus the cost of return shipping.

Refund Policy
ForJars Online Store Return/Refund Policy
At ForJars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to return it and request a refund.

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be eligible for a refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or order number as proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can address the issue promptly.
Shipping Fee for Returns
Return shipping is free only if the mistake was made on our side or if the product arrived damaged. In all other situations, including errors made by the customer during purchase, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
